One Ayala serves up a throwback with “Brews & Beats”, a retro-inspired coffee experience that welcomes all your caffeine quirks. Located at Level 2 Concourse of One Ayala, coffee lovers who are loyal to “just black” or who can build the most specific almond milk masterpiece of all time can drop by.
Every Cup Tells a Story
Behind every coffee order is a story: someone trying to make it through another meeting, beat the morning rush, or steal a moment of peace. Maybe it’s your go-to latte, maybe it’s the latest matcha trend from TikTok. But whatever is in your cup, it says something about you.
That is what “Brews & Beats” wants to celebrate. With a curated lineup of stalls such as MOD Coffee, Brunch Bureau, Founders Donuts, Randy’s Donuts, and Angkan, “Brews & Beats” lets customers create their own story one coffee bean at a time.
Brewing in the Heart of Makati
Coffee and tunes aren’t the only thing that will be brewing in One Ayala this July. Serving as the hub for professionals, daily commuters, and urban residents, One Ayala continues to reflect the energy and aura of the Makati life.
Last July 20, “Brews & Beats” has partnered with Make It Makati’s Car Free Sundays inviting morning joggers, cyclists, and early risers to stop by for a well-deserved post-run treat. It could be anyone’s favorite morning brew or your next go-to drink — the perfect way to start your Sunday.

“Brews & Beats” is your official invitation to fulfill your caffeine fix here. Whether you’re taking a coffee break in between meetings, waiting out traffic, or just wanting to unwind after a long day at work, “Brews & Beats” has got you covered. This 1950’s-themed coffee experience is your mid-day break serving up good brews and sweet treats all in one corner. Brewing from July 14-29 at One Ayala Level 2 Concourse!
