Manila’s nightlife pulsates on a Friday night as CenterPlay at City of Dreams Manila presents “Behind the Bar with Mixologist Errol Barbosa,” a one-night-only bar takeover on November 13 from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.
In partnership with Future Trade Inc, the exclusive distributor of Loca Loka tequila in the country, the event brings together innovative cocktails, premium tequila, live entertainment, and a vibrant social scene in one unforgettable evening.
Acclaimed Mixologist Behind the Bar
With more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Barbosa has earned recognition on both local and international stages. Among his notable achievements is winning the 2018 Philippine Heineken Star Serve Championship, which earned him the opportunity to represent the Philippines in Amsterdam. Known for his creativity and refined approach to cocktail culture, Barbosa continues to elevate the local bar scene through unique flavor combinations and memorable drinking experiences.
Three Cocktails, Three Distinct Personalities
At the heart of the evening are Barbosa’s three original cocktail creations, each designed to suit different personalities and moods and will be available at CenterPlay until December 31. The exclusive cocktails spotlight Loca Loka tequila, a distinctive spirit imagined in India and authentically produced in Mexico, inspired by the cultures, colors, art, tastes, and emotions of both nations.
“Peach Zen” captures the easygoing spirit with a light, fruity, and refreshing profile. For those who enjoy bolder expressions, “Rosa Pasión” offers a tropical and tangy tequila sour infused with passion fruit and fresh citrus. “Sol Dorado” caters to sophisticated palates through a spirit-forward blend of tequila, Aperol, Bianco Vermouth, and orange bitters. Guests seeking a more traditional tequila experience can also order Loca Loka “Blanco” and “Reposado” by the glass or bottle throughout the night.
Glamor and Entertainment
Adding glitz to the event, model and influencer Krista Miller and actor-model Marx Topacio will join Barbosa behind the bar, personally serving guests the trio of exclusive tequila cocktails. Together with surprise guest celebrities and stunning model servers, they bring extra energy and glamor to an unforgettable evening.
Resident bands Sixx Prjct, Sidetrack, and Part 3 Band will perform alternately from 6 p.m. until 3 a.m. for a dynamic soundtrack that keeps the excitement flowing throughout the night.
CenterPlay: Where the Night Comes Alive
Open daily from 6 pm at the heart of City of Dreams Manila’s main gaming floor, CenterPlay has become a favorite destination for guests looking to enjoy live music, signature cocktails, casual dining, and an energetic nightlife experience.
