Christmas has a way of sneaking up on the city, and before you know it, the season is here. On November 13, One Ayala officially welcomes the season with Santa’s Headquarters, a two-floor Christmas house inspired by the warmth of traditional holiday homes.
Filled with festive finds, familiar Christmas traditions, and activities for the whole community, it brings the magic of Christmas to visitors with memories to be made at the most wonderful time of the year.
Holidays at Our Common Place
Over the past months, One Ayala has been creating more reasons for people to stay, explore, and connect. Through Our Common Place, Ayala Malls brings this idea to life with spaces like The Stacks, a library destination for learning and discovery; The Hobby Hub, where guests can try their hand at a craft; and The Little Stacks, which brings stories and fun to young learners.
This Christmas, these spaces at One Ayala take on a festive spirit of their own–bringing holiday activities that are made for discovery and creativity–through Santa’s Headquarters, a Christmas home-like space that reinforces Our Common Place’s approach in creating ways for people to gather and make the most of their time at One Ayala.
Inside Santa’s Headquarters
A little Christmas magic awaits on every floor of Santa’s Headquarters. The traditional Christmas charm and warmth are brought to shoppers and those working through the holidays, with select merchants and exciting activities.
On the first floor, The Merry Market brings together gifts and finds for the season, making it easy to discover something special for the people on anyone’s list. Just nearby, guests can tidy themselves up at Santa’s Grooming Station, a grooming stop inspired by Santa’s preparations for the big day, while The Nice List Photo Op gives visitors a festive backdrop for their holiday photos.
Christmas is not complete without gifts ready to give, and Wrap & Dispatch takes care of the finishing touches. Shoppers can have one to two gifts wrapped by presenting a receipt for a purchase made using their One Ayala Access Card. Each receipt is valid for up to two gift-wrapping services.
Upstairs, the festivities continue with activities that bring some of the season’s most familiar traditions to life, making the season feel a little more special. There are carols to sing along to, Christmas stories to settle in for, and opportunities to meet Santa and his elves.

From November to December, visitors can look forward to these holiday experiences:
- The Caroling Department – Christmas carols every Wednesday, 6:30 to 7:30 PM, from November 18 to December 16
- Christmas Archives – Santa shares stories from his long history of Christmases every Friday, 6:00 to 7:00 PM, from November 20 to December 18
- Big Man’s Office – Photo opportunities with Mr. and Mrs. Santa every Saturday, 4:00 to 6:00 PM, from November 21 to December 19
- Elf Patrol – Sunday appearances from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, from November 22 to December 20
Making Room for Others
Santa’s Headquarters brings together the little things that make Christmas worth looking forward to, even extending the meaning of Christmas beyond the festive space.
In partnership with Little Arks Foundation, a DSWD-recognized organization supporting children with cancer, One Ayala will host an Art Day at The Hobby Hub, where the children can create their own artworks. These pieces will then find a place at Santa’s Headquarters, where shoppers can purchase them in support of the foundation.
It is a chance for the children to share their creativity with the community and become part of the Christmas experience in their own way, with their work bringing something meaningful to the season.
Through Ayala Foundation, the children will also visit Ayala Museum, which has been fostering appreciation for Filipino art, history, and culture for more than 50 years. Meanwhile, Healthway and St. Joseph Drug Powered by SUGI, under Ayala Health, will provide free health checkups and basic wellness screenings.
Located within One Ayala, Healthway Multi-Specialty Center, Healthway’s flagship outpatient facility, offers a range of specialized healthcare services and connects patients to the wider Healthway network, including Healthway Cancer Care Hospital in Arca South, Taguig.
These activities reflect the spirit of Santa’s Headquarters–extending the meaning of Christmas beyond the festive space by creating opportunities for the community to come together, show care, and share the joy of the season with those who need it most.
