Here, you can create your own blends and roast your own coffee using a Philippine patented Air Roaster. Taste their fragrant coffee blends also in Picnic Grounds. 18 Days also delivers door to door and you may also order online.

Why 18 days? Because you should consume your coffee within 18 days from the day it was roasted.

Bibi-Waf

At Bibi-Waf, you can taste the holidays all-year round. It serves fluffy combinations of Pinoy-favorite bibingka and the comfort of the famous American waffle. Mang Max Big Belly Lechon

Lechon is a roasted whole pig slowly cooked over charcoal heat. The crispiness of its skin is one of the best features of lechon but the flavor and aroma is distinctive for every region. At Mang Max, you can enjoy a succulent slab of lechon belly – pork is fork-tender and juicy while the skin is satisfyingly crunchy – regular or spicy; dine in or take out.

Red Pineapple is a Chinese dimsum place that boasts its traditional Cantonese flavors, with specialties ranging from siomai to polonchay and to extra large version siopao called taipao. All their dimsums are handmade and made with only the finest ingredients. Another must try!

Twapakto

Another amazing value-for-money local restaurant where one can enjoy delicious Chinese roasting delicacies and end up with twapakto or “big tummy”. It is worth visiting for its Roast Duck, Crispy Pork Belly, Soy Chicken, Braised Beef Stew and side dishes all best accompanied with their Japanese rice or pan-fried noodles.
