Cruz (Vice President of Torikizoku Philippines)

The group chat finally has a destination. Torikizoku, Japan’s No. 1 yakitori chain, has officially opened its first Philippine restaurant at Serendra in Bonifacio Global City, bringing its signature skewers, lively atmosphere, and popular single price menu to Filipino diners.

Every item on the menu is priced at ₱190, making it easier for guests to order, share, and discover more of what Torikizoku has to offer. Reservations are now open through www.torikizoku-ph.com.

Founded in Osaka in 1985, Torikizoku has grown from one neighborhood restaurant into a Japanese dining institution with more than 700 locations across Japan and overseas.

Filipino guests can now experience the spirit of a true Japanese yakitori-ya, a warm and energetic gathering place centered on freshly grilled skewers, shared food, drinks, and good company.

At Torikizoku, great gatherings should not require a special occasion or a large budget. By offering quality food at an accessible single price, we hope more Filipinos can enjoy the experience regularly and make Torikizoku part of their everyday lives.

Freshly prepared and grilled when ordered

Torikizoku’s yakitori is handmade, prepared fresh every day, and grilled only when ordered so that every serving reaches the table hot and fresh from the kitchen.

Guests can choose from signature chicken skewers, grilled specialties, Japanese comfort food, highballs, and other drinks, all at the same ₱190 price.

The single price format encourages diners to explore the menu, order more freely, and share different dishes around the table.

From group chat to group table

Designed for relaxed and spontaneous gatherings, Torikizoku offers a welcoming place for coworkers clocking out, friends catching up, families sharing a meal, or anyone simply looking for good Japanese food at an accessible price.

“The Filipino table has never been just about food. It is where plans are made, stories get longer, and friendships become stronger,” says James Yulo Chi, Marketing Head of Torikizoku Philippines.

“The best nights rarely begin with a complicated plan. Sometimes, all it takes is one message in the group chat: ‘Toriki tayo!’ From group chat to group table, we want Torikizoku to be where online conversations turn into real connections,” Chi adds.

The Philippine opening is part of Torikizoku’s growing Global Yakitori Family and marks the beginning of the brand’s expansion in the country. But for now, the invitation is simple: gather your favorite people, choose your skewers, and experience Japan’s favorite yakitori gathering place in BGC.

Torikizoku Philippines is now open at Serendra, Bonifacio Global City. Tara, Toriki Tayo!
