Japanese dance and vocal group THE RAMPAGE from EXILE TRIBE, managed under LDH JAPAN and Avex, has announced the release of their highly anticipated 27th single, “BLACK TOKYO”. Ahead of its physical release, the track is available on digital platforms starting April 15, 2026, and the music video is live for viewing on their official YouTube channel.
Serving as the title track, “BLACK TOKYO” has been selected as the theme song for the upcoming Japanese action film produced by KADOKAWA, “TOKYO BURST -Hanzai Toshi-”, an original story connected to the globally successful Korean action series The Roundup.
Boasting powerful rhythms, “BLACK TOKYO” captures the tension of a chaotic metropolis, expressing themes of inner conflict, justice, and resilience in a world where truth and deception collide. The track features vocal performances by RIKU, Hokuto Yoshino, Kenta Kamiya, YAMASHO, and Takahide Suzuki, showcasing the group’s evolving sonic depth and emotional intensity.
In addition to “BLACK TOKYO”, the physical copy will include “Maverick,” a secondary theme song for the same film, further highlighting THE RAMPAGE’s appeal of raw energy and vigorous sound.
The physical release will come in multiple editions, including formats featuring the “BLACK TOKYO” music video and behind-the-scenes content. A special deluxe edition — available exclusively through LDH’s official online shop — will include extensive live footage from THE RAMPAGE’s major performances, alongside exclusive collectible items for fans.
