Brother GTX direct-to-garment printer shines at the 24th Graphic Expo

Brother International Philippines did not miss the biggest opportunity to show off just exactly what their next-generation Brother GTX direct-to-garment printer could do at the 24th Graphic Expo this year.

The GTX was a bonafide star for event-goers and entrepreneurs looking for a worthwhile upgrade or foundation for their own garment-printing enterprises. They took a gander at the Brother GTX’s capabilities as the Brother Philippines team showcased the printer’s features through discussions and product demonstrations. It wowed participants with its various features, which include the ability to print bigger and bolder designs, up to 16” x 21”, than previous models on a multitude of fabric types, unmatched vibrant print quality, and impressively fast printing speed that guarantees more output which, of course, leads to better business.

The participants in the annual premier trade show also saw how the Brother GTX also sports durable and washable Brother Innobella Textile Inks, an exclusive formula of ink chemistry and pretreatment for the GTX, that score 4.0 and higher on AATCC wash tests.

Further impressing interested event-goers is how the Brother GTX doesn’t require as much maintenance, thanks to its automatic wet capping station and white ink circulation system that minimizes clogged nozzles. It’s also environment-friendly, as its new formulated inks are water-based, Okeo-Tex Eco-Passport certified, and CPSIA compliant, which event-goers were happy to find makes it safe to printing on children’s clothing. Those who were conscious of the environment were definitely interested in how the GTX’s innovated replaceable ink pouches made use of less plastic, allowing them to reduce their carbon footprint and environmental impact.

“We’re grateful to everyone who came out and saw for themselves how the Brother GTX direct-to-garment printer could be their centerpiece for a prolific and successful fabric-printing business,” says Shinichi Tanaka, manager for Brother’s Product Management Group. “We are very proud of and confident in the capabilities of the GTX and look forward to being the trusted partner of many in the industry.”
