The Australian entrepreneur building a career community for Filipino remote workers

Crew Club connects Filipino professionals with Australian employers — with career tools, exclusive partner discounts and weekly prize draws

Crew Club, a membership community built for Filipino remote workers and job seekers, is rapidly growing its base of professionals looking to land remote roles with Australian and international employers.

Founded by Sydney-based entrepreneur Nicholas Bouris and built by his Australian company Crew Solutions, Crew Club (joincrewclub.com) brings together job listings, career resources, weekly giveaways, exclusive partner discounts and a supportive online community in a single membership. It was created to give Filipino professionals a more direct and trusted pathway into the remote-work economy — one of the fastest-growing sources of income for skilled workers across the Philippines.

The platform is built around a simple promise — Earn, Save and Win with Crew Club: members earn through remote roles with Australian employers, save through exclusive partner discounts, and win through regular cash and prize draws.

Crew Club has already given away millions of pesos in cash and remote-working equipment to its members, including MacBook Pros, iPhone 17 Pros, iPad Pros, stand-up desks, ergonomic chairs, cameras, microphones, backup power supplies, mouse-and-keyboard combos, 4K drones, coffee machines, noise-cancelling headphones and more.

The community’s momentum was on full display at its recent launch event at Elements at Centris in Quezon City, which drew around 500 attendees eager to learn how to position themselves for remote roles with overseas companies. Crew Club now counts more than 7,000 members and a growing base of paying subscribers.

Filipino remote workers are some of the most talented and hard-working professionals in the world, but too often they are left to navigate the global job market on their own. We built Crew Club to change that — to give them the community, the tools and the opportunities they need to build long-term careers, not just find the next gig.

— Nicholas Bouris, Founder and CEO, Crew Club

Australia continues to experience skills shortages across numerous industries, driving strong demand for experienced remote professionals. Crew Club aims to bridge that gap by connecting qualified Filipino talent with Australian employers actively seeking remote team members.

Crew Club is completely free to join. Members can create a professional profile, upload their CV, receive job alerts, access career resources, unlock exclusive partner discounts and take part in weekly cash and remote-working prize draws, with prize entries that scale with membership level.

Members can also use Crew Club’s AI-driven CV checker, which assesses a member’s CV against 11 different quality metrics to produce a score out of 100, along with tailored tips and advice on how to amend and improve it — helping Filipino professionals put their best foot forward with Australian employers.

Crew Club has also launched its Partner Rewards Program, giving members access to exclusive discounts and offers from a growing network of partner businesses across the Philippines. The program already spans multiple industries, including:

  • Fitness centres
  • Solar installation services
  • Hotels and accommodation
  • Restaurants
  • Fragrance retailers
  • Laser eye surgery providers
  • Professional photography services

Additional partnerships are expected to be announced over the coming months as Crew Club continues to expand the value of membership.

Crew Club will also soon launch the Crew Store, offering members a wide range of work-from-home equipment at market-competitive prices, with finance options available to make setting up a home office more accessible.

Our ambition is to create the Philippines’ most rewarding professional membership community. We believe investing in your career should come with benefits that improve everyday life as well.

— Nicholas Bouris, Founder and CEO, Crew Club

Crew Club has also partnered with influential online community leaders to reach and support more Filipino workers — beginning with Maria Korina Bertulfo of FHMoms, a community of more than 540,000 members, as its first partner. It has since built out a full affiliate and partnership program, Earn with Crew, and is now open to working with more partners. Alongside its online presence, Crew Club has run community activations on the ground in the Philippines — including a community meal sponsorship and a ₱50,000 equipment donation to Sto. Niño de Taguig Parish Church — as part of its broader mission to give back to the communities it serves.

Crew Club plans to keep expanding its Australian employer network while introducing new partner offers, educational resources, career events and member benefits across the Philippines. Membership is now open nationwide at joincrewclub.com.
