Capital One Philippines is the second Best Workplaces™ in the Philippines in the IT-BPM category, a prestigious recognition awarded by Great Place To Work® to the top 30 companies that exemplify a high trust and high performance culture.

The recognition was presented during the Solaia Awards 2026, the IT-BPM industry’s premier recognition event, held on June 11 at Shangri-La The Fort in Taguig City. Now in its third year, Solaia celebrates progressive companies, groundbreaking innovations, and transformative partnerships shaping the future of the IT-BPM sector.

“Being named the second best workplace in the Philippine IT-BPM industry is truly an honor,” said Capital One Philippines Head of Country Raoul Teh. “Our people-first culture remains the bedrock of our success and we are committed to creating a safe and nurturing space for all our leaders and associates, where they learn, grow and thrive in excellence.”

This industry honor follows another major milestone earlier this year, where Capital One Philippines was named the #2 Best Workplace in the Philippines (Large Employer Category) for 2026. Additionally, the company has achieved Great Place To Work®-certified status for the fourth consecutive year, marking a period of sustained organizational growth and workplace distinction.
