Brother Philippines introduces new iShop feature on Customer Plus App

As we all continue to work and study from the comfort of home, loyal Filipino Brother customers can continue to go online for their printing and organization needs as Brother Philippines introduces iShop, a brand new feature on their Customer Plus App that serves as an online store for Brother products.

iShop puts together Brother’s available inkjet and monolaser printers, labellers, sewing machines, and consumables such as ink cartridges all in one place on the Customer Plus App. It’s accessible by tapping the shopping cart icon on the Customer Plus homepage, and all purchases are made through Brother’s authorized dealers and partners.

“As we continue to battle the pandemic, we at Brother acknowledge that we must adapt to the current normal as best as we can. This is why we want to reach our customers in every possible way with the new iShop feature on our Customer Plus App,” said Brother Philippines president Glenn Hocson.

What’s also good is that customers can still choose to shop for Brother products using their other e-commerce channels, which is also accessible from iShop. They also have the option to reserve or purchase products from the physical stores and pick them up there. The iShop feature is now available on the Brother Customer Plus App. The app can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play. For easier access and details on the program, customers can visit https://bit.ly/BrotherPHCustomerPlus or scan the QR Code below.

The Customer Plus App is Brother’s exclusive loyalty app launched in October 2019, which gives customers who have existing Brother machines exclusive perks and offers. All existing Brother customers can download the app and register to receive all the benefits!
