Combi arrives in the Philippines
Steve Plibundo, Vice President of IPI (exclusive Philippine distributor of Combi products in the Philippines) , had to go through challenging times with the pregnancy of his wife. “There were so many things going on in my mind, with all the adjustments to consider in the preparation of the birth of our child,” he reminisces.
“In one of my business trips, I came across Combi products. Their strollers and car seats caught my attention. They offer comfort with its unique Japanese craftsmanship. I knew then and there that I wanted them for my baby. With my family engaged in the distribution business, I thought why not be the first to introduce Combi products in the Philippines and share the comfort and uniqueness Combi has to offer.”

Strollers
Combi’s hero product is the baby stroller. In Japan, majority of mothers take care of their babies at home. It is important to have user-friendly strollers to help moms who are left alone to take care of their babies. Here are the features:
- Auto 4 swivel wheels
In 2007, Combi invented the first stroller with “Auto 4 Swivel Wheels” in the world. Even when you switch the handle to face-to-face mode, the front wheels automatically lock it straight, then the rear wheels turn smoothly! No matter which direction you push, it is always easily maneuverable, never at reverse mode like a car.
