Barely four years into the art of crafting perfumes that provide everyday indulgences, Whiff proves that they know their clientele very well. The fragrance connoisseur levels up their scent offerings with the Reimagined Range, specially revitalized by RJ Lopena, the very first Filipino perfumer trained at Grasse Institute of Perfumery.
Modern artisanal scents, made with time-honored methods and gold-standard ingredients, is what sets Whiff apart from the rest. Combining art and science, Whiff’s Reimagined Range has been aged to perfection to achieve a sweet, subtle, and long-lasting fragrance.
Starting Scents
Founded in 2014, Whiff of Perfume was born out of heart break. Whiff’s founder, Mishy Co found that perfumes were a perfect way to channel her energies in a productive way. She realized that scents have a strong connection to memories, inspiring her to create scents after her trip to Grasse, France.
The initial release was a reflection of her state of mind, Mishy launched the “Heartbroken collection.” The small perfumery, borne out of a painful break-up, eventually gained a cult following from celebrities, tastemakers and everyday perfume enthusiasts. They loved the sweet, subtle, long-lasting fragrances, which reminded them of expensive international brands, but at very affordable prices.
Soon after, in 2016, Whiff launched its collaboration with celebrity Heart Evangelista and RJ Lopena for a special fragrance named Linger. Realizing that they share a passion for perfumes, it was only but fitting that Whiff and Lopena forged an even stronger partnership. Both share the same passion to elevate Philippine perfumery and bring fine fragrances to every Filipino all over the world. The rigorous course at Grasse Institute of Perfumery has equipped our artisan with the creativity of an artist while ingraining the discipline of a scientist.
Reimagined
The new Whiff is for the discerning trend setter who finds pleasure in discovering that specific scent that is reflective of their own personal sense of style. The all-new packaging in clear glass and gold elements highlights Whiff’s artisanal values. Aged to perfection, Whiff features the finest fragrance oils expertly blended in small batches. The collaboration with RJ Lopena elevates the formulations to world class standards that make it compliant with the most rigorous quality standards of the Philippine FDA as well as other regulatory bodies abroad.
