How to use

Logged on to www.hoppler.com.ph and entered the area, city or building of interest. A number of options will come up, such as the number of bedrooms, additions for a garden, access to swimming pools and gyms, etc. Lists will also show landmarks such as the nearest fuel station, church, supermarket and hospital.

Through Hoppler, the process of choosing was made faster and more efficient for the customer and brokers. What would normally take two days in a back-and-forth meeting could already be answered online, within 24 hours.

According to Marketing Manager Alvier Marqueses, Hoppler currently features residential and commercial properties in the greater Metro Manila area, with property listings are currently concentrated in Makati, Bonifacio Global City and Alabang. Around 80% of the listings at Hoppler are residentials, while the remaining 20% are commercial spaces.

Hoppler currently has more than 15,000 properties online, around 200,000 visitors a month, resulting in a thousand of inquiries. It has 50 employees, 15 in-house brokers, and 500 partner-brokers. The firm’s customers range from end-users to investors aged between 38 to 50 years old.
