RLC Residences holds first-ever Broker’s Gala

PH’s top brokers came together to ‘Raise, Live, and Connect’

RLC Residences hosted a Welcome Home thanksgiving event last October 25 through its first-ever Broker’s Gala held at the Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan, Quezon City.

Attended by top brokers in the country, the exclusive welcome gala became an opportunity to meet and get to know more about the brand and its standout property portfolio. “We first introduced RLC Residences to the public in the first quarter of 2021, so we still consider ourselves a new brand. And with this gathering, we hope to start building good relationships with the elite brokers in the country and eventually work with them as we continue to Raise, Live, and Connect,” said RLC Residences Senior Vice President and Business Unit General Manager John Richard Sotelo.

Robinsons Land Corporation President and Chief Executive Officer Frederick Go also graced the event to meet with almost a hundred brokers during the event. Joining him and John Richard Sotelo in welcoming the guests are Allen Miranda – RLC Residences Vice President and Head of Sales, Karen Cesario – Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer, Stephanie Anne Go – Head of Business Development and Design, and Jean Aquino – Sales Group Head.

Brand ambassador Heart Evangelista also attended the celebration, sharing with everyone her experience working with RLC Residences and encouraged brokers to help her in empowering more Filipinos to live and design their best lives. She even introduced the exclusive Love Marie Designs with RLC Residences Welcome Home Gift composed of scented candles to be given to new homeowners starting next year. The special gift was also given to the brokers as a token plus special prizes were also raffled off.

Introducing RLC Residences to the brokers, John Richard Sotelo led the unveiling of the brand story video while Karen Cesario followed suit with a brand journey presentation of RLC Residences. Furtherly igniting the Raise, Live, and Connect spirit to brokers in the event, RLC Residences Head of Business Development and Design Stephanie Anne Go put a spotlight on the properties that best represent the brand proposition, purpose and values. The beautifully designed building of The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place and the elevated master planning seen in the Sierra Valley Gardens aim to raise the lifestyle of homeowners. Meanwhile, the well-rounded amenities of Amisa Private Residences, SYNC, and Radiance Manila Bay, seek to let residents live a well-balanced life allowing them to achieve both personal and professional goals. Overall, RLC Residences properties’ strategic location and thoughtful design allow Filipinos to connect with their loved ones and reach places that matter.

“The brokers are our partners in realizing our goals. With this first-ever gala dedicated just for them, we hope that we were able to make them feel how valuable they are to us. Their insights truly help us grow as a brand and ensure that we are improving to better serve Filipino home seekers and homeowners” said RLC Residences Marketing Head and Chief Integration Officer Karen Cesario.
