Mobile Photography using Vivo V7 Plus at Vigan City

by: Khent Gerald Barangas

After the success of the first season, Brand TV is back for more stories to tell. This time, Brand TV 2 is all about backpacking, unwind and adventure. This season, the Vivo V7 Plus is the official camera phone of Brand TV. So it’s time to test it.
One of the most famous destinations here in the country is the Heritage City: Vigan. The City of Vigan became one of the most favorite places to visit because of the architecture of the structures and cobblestone streets.
The V7 Plus, as we all know, is another selfie-centric phone of Vivo in Midrange Level. Packed with 24 MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture and a ‘Moonlight Glow’ soft selfie light feature, the V7 Plus proves to be a decent selfie machine. Yet, its rear camera is what I wanted to tryout.
The rear camera of V7 Plus is powered by 16MP OmniVision  24 MP f/2.0 with f/2.0 aperture and dual-LED flash. Now that we are armed with a quality mobile camera, it’s time to bring-out the photography skills. Ready get set and Click!

This is a common sight in famous Calle Crisologo–a cobblestone streets and oriental design of building. No filter is needed for this beauty.

Look! A Kalesa and pay attention to the crisp color captured by V7 Plus.

Let’s have a closer look.

Pottery making is one of the well known industry in Vigan. Take a look at V7 Plus’s Bokeh Effect.

There are many museum in Vigan City. One is the Old Provincial Jail. Little trivia, the late President of the Philipppines, Elpidio Quirino was born here, in one of the room on the second floor of the complex.

If you are going to visit the heritage city, why don’t you try to spend the night in a Heritage House. This photo is taken in one of the room of Villa Angela Heritage House. Classy!

How about Food Photography at Lilong and Lilang Restaurant in Hidden Garden.

If you haven’t heard, there’s also a beach in Vigan City, the Mindoro Beach. This beach are not very popular but you will surely have a good time here. The best part is it is free.

They say that the sand at Mindoro Beach is black, surely not in this spot.

Look at this iguana. The Vivo V7 Plus made a good job in capturing its green skin.
