Global smartphone company Vivo partners with Brand TV in its second season, with travelling as its main theme.
A lifestyle magazine tv show at Global News Network (GNN), Brand TV is the digital iteration of Brand Magazine and Wheels & Gears which is published by Utmost Creative Publishing. The show features segments straight from its print counterpart – like Fashion, Technology, Photography, Lifestyle and Automotive. Returning for its second season, the show will now feature some of the famous travel destinations in the Philippines, entitled Brand TV Season 2: Travel and Tours.
Vivo went with Brand TV Season 2’s first adventure: Ilocos Region. Using the V7 Plus – Vivo’s latest flagship – the show’s crew began filming segments from various landmarks in Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur. Of course, the Ilocos travel won’t be complete without going to the very prominent Vigan City.
The Vivo V7 Plus show its capabilities as a camera phone with its 16MP OmniVision rear camera, proving to be a great shooter in broad daylight and can even take decent videos at low light. Filming at 1080p, the video quality it produces is good and stable. The hosts of Brand TV also enjoyed capturing selfies with the V7 Plus’ 24MP f/2.0 front camera too. Never skipping a moment on field, they took wonderful selfies like there’s no tomorrow.
