ZALORA brings fashion e-commerce to Ayala Group’s already impressive portfolio across different business categories.

Ayala’s investment on ZALORA complements their over-all business model and boosts its presence in the domestic e-commerce space to capture the growing opportunities amid continuing technological shifts, changing industry landscapes, and increasing demand from consumers. Moreover, with resources in banking, real estate and telecommunications, the investment presents new opportunities for Ayala to create synergies throughout the e-Commerce value chain.

Through this partnership Global Fashion Group will fortify its position in the Philippines as one of the key markets of its ZALORA operations in Southeast Asia. It will allow ZALORA Philippines to keep investing in brand acquisition, marketing, and logistics infrastructure and will leverage on Ayala’s key businesses representing some of the country’s leading companies in banking, telecommunications and retail business.

To date, Zalora Philippines offers over 500 local and international brands, and over 300 home grown, independent brands and fashion boutiques. It has over 15,000 product offerings across apparel, shoes, accessories, and beauty categories for both men and women. Moreover, ZALORA has established exclusive relationships with leading brands and suppliers. Among the notable brands are Nike, Mango, Under Armour, Nine West and Dorothy Perkins and are exclusive online retailers for top brands like Adidas, Ivy Park and Calvin Klein.
At present, it has distribution hubs or warehouses in Cebu, Davao, Paranaque, and Zamboanga, all with delivery fleets.
