PNTM Signs Up OPPO as Phone Partner

In a grand gala held yesterday at the City of Dreams Manila, mobile brand OPPO officially signed the contract as a major sponsor for Philippines’ Next Top Model: High Street, the latest season of the model search’s franchise in the Philippines.

Hosted by former Binibining Pilipinas-World Maggie Wilson, the event showcased a teaser episode and a fashion walk by each of the contestants as everyone grooved to the beat.
“We are proud to be part of this show’s new Philippine edition. Like the brand’s collaboration with the team behind America’s Next Top Model, we hope to be just successful here in the country”, said Stephen Cheng, OPPO Philippines Brand Marketing Manager.
In 2015, OPPO was the official partner of America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) Cycle 22. During the season, contestants were given selfie challenges involving the camera features of OPPO R7 and R7 Plus.
While the phone that will be featured on the upcoming season of PNTM is yet to be revealed, OPPO Philippines has confirmed that it will sign the show’s top three models as online influencers.
V5, the Kapatid Network, announced auditions earlier this year after acquiring airing and production rights to the show. The winner will be chosen from among 24 contestants.
Maggie Wilson will head the panel of judges that will choose the winner among 24 contestants. The other judges for the show will be Preview Creative Director Vince Uy, celebrity stylist Rain Dagala and the President of the Professional Models Association of the Philippines, Raf Kiefer.
