Kapandesal Coop brings coffee boutique in BGC that offers more than frappes and desserts

Popular coffee shops in Metro Manila all import western flavors to satisfy your caffeine cravings. If you are yearning for something more local, yet just as good – if not better – then you should head south of the metro.
Blugré Coffee, Davao’s homegrown and premier coffee shop, opens its doors in Bonifacio Global City. Aficionados around the area can now taste the lauded Durian-flavored offerings without flying south of the country.

This was made possible with the very first franchisee in Luzon, Kapandesal Multipurpose Cooperative(KMPC), a collective founded by Mel Tadeo and Mary Ann Gonzales, aimed to give financial freedom to its members. Living the motto of “Pray. Work. Serve,” KMPC strives to give everyone in their family the 4Ls of living – life, lifestyle, love, and livelihood.

“Kapandesal Coop is designed to make every person attain total wealth,” said Mary Ann Gonzales, co-founder and CEO.
KMPC bridges the gap between its members and their potential wealth by giving opportunities up front. For a minimum amount of P1,500, a Regular Savings plan can be started which gives you 3% interest annually, compared to the standard 0.25% rate of commercial banks.
They also have Time Deposit, Share Capital that lets you be a co-owner of all KMPC businesses at P1,000 per share, and Kapandesal 200 which doubles your investment after 5 years. This diversity in options is what makes KMPC enticing to members of all financial brackets. Members also get to enjoy loans with diminishing interest rates and an insurance plan for just P250 annually.
Communities of KMPC’s members also benefit from the coop via outreach programs that include feeding programs, sport events, workshops, and scholarships.
With a steady growth in both membership, assets, anda new Blugré Coffee branch in BGC, KMPC is poised for another great year.
Kapandesal Multipurpose Cooperative owns businesses in the customer service, finance, tourism, and real estate industries. To know more about their products, visit www.kapandesalcoop.org
