Skyrocket Studios Wins Bronze at MARKETECH APAC NEXT Awards for Human-Centric AI Operational Model

Skyrocket Studios Inc. received the Bronze Award for Most Innovative Digital Agency of the Year at the MARKETECH APAC NEXT Awards 2026 Philippines, recognized for an operational methodology that integrates generative artificial intelligence under strict human creative direction.

The industry honor spotlights a growing divide in corporate innovation, specifically in technology adoption. According to the 2026 Stanford HAI AI Index, roughly 88% of large organizations report deploying artificial intelligence in at least one business function, yet McKinsey benchmarks indicate that fewer than 10% have successfully scaled the technology across any single department. Furthermore, 84% of organizations report layering software tools onto outdated processes rather than redesigning workflows around their teams, leaving nearly two-thirds of enterprise initiatives trapped in pilot stages.

Skyrocket’s award-winning entry demonstrated that true innovation stems from disciplined workflow design rather than simply adopting cutting-edge technology. Through an agency-wide enablement initiative, Skyrocket achieved practical AI literacy across its general staff within approximately two weeks, specifically empowering departmental teams to design their own internal automations.

“There is a critical piece missing in how most companies approach AI adoption right now, and that is accountability and operational enforcement,” said F. Patrick Cuartero, CEO of Skyrocket Studios. “Leadership teams keep handing out logins without establishing ground rules for confidentiality, brand protection, or supervisory review. In other words, an AI policy won’t mean anything unless you build the mechanisms to enforce it across daily operations. Our model proves that technology only delivers value when human leadership remains firmly at the helm to protect both craft and governance.”

The agency validated this approach across several complex regional accounts. For a multinational electric vehicle manufacturer, Skyrocket replaced manual auditing with an automated diagnostic pipeline to support a seamless regional launch strategy. For a leading regional on-demand mobility platform, synchronized creative-and-data loops eliminated interdepartmental bottlenecks. Across its creative operations, Skyrocket developed more than 50 private workflow assets equipped with strict brand guardrails, reducing long-form production timelines by roughly 30% and accelerating social turnarounds by half.

“When you look at why corporate AI initiatives fail, it’s almost never a tech issue, it’s because teams try to automate an already broken, disorganized process,” said Frankie Torres, Head of Research, Strategy, and AI at Skyrocket Studios. “What we highlighted in our NEXT Awards entry is that it is possible to treat AI adoption like a mechanical, learnable, repeatable craft. We stripped away the mindless administrative grind first, mapped our inputs and outputs on paper, and let human taste, wit, and judgment do the real heavy lifting.”

Following the regional recognition, Skyrocket has begun sharing its operational framework and workflow diagnostics with regional enterprises and agency partners seeking to stabilize their AI integration without organizational drift or workforce displacement.
