Kwentong Buhay, Kwentong Bahay (KBKB) Season 3, is P.A. Properties vlogging competition that showcased real and inspiring homeownership journeys through this year’s theme, “Noon vs. Ngayon.”
The competition brought together homeowners who shared how their lives changed after finding a place they could truly call home.
🏆 1st Place – Jerson Galvez Nase of St. Joseph Homes Norzagaray
Prize: PHP 31,000 + PHP 1,500 worth of home appliances
A couple since 2017 and engaged before becoming homeowners, Jerson’s vlog tells a story of love, sacrifice, and hope. Before they were married, he promised his fiancée a home where they could build their life together. Every corner of their new home represented hope and the promise of creating new memories. Their story reflects how a home can become the starting point for a couple’s dreams and future.
🥈 2nd Place & Heart of the Story Award – Donna Marie Bessat Pogoy of The North Grove Caloocan
Prize: PHP 15,000 + Php 2,000 + PHP 1,000 worth of kitchenware
Once a happy-go-lucky traveler who loved going out and seeking adventure, Donna’s life took a beautiful turn when she entered a new chapter—getting married and becoming a mother. Her vlog captures her transformation from finding adventure outside to finding fulfillment within her own home. “Noon, para sa sarili. Ngayon, para sa pamilya.” Her story shows how homeownership can make life simpler, more meaningful, and centered on the people who matter most.
🥉 3rd Place & Out-of-the-Box Award – Ma. Eden Co. Ramos of St. Joseph Richfield Phase 2
Prize: PHP 10,000 + Php 2000 + PHP 500 worth of gadgets
Ma. Eden shared how she and her family chose P.A. Properties because of its accessible location, flexible payment terms, and customer care services. Her vlog also showed the transformation of their home from 2020 to 2024, reflecting how their dream home grew alongside their family. For them, the house represents a dream fulfilled and a blessing they are grateful to God for.
Special Awards
Humorous Home Award – Timothy Darwin Delloro of St. Joseph Homes Calamba Phase 2
Prize: PHP 2,000
Timothy brought joy and laughter to the competition with a fun and entertaining take on his homeownership journey, proving that stories about finding a home can also be filled with memorable and humorous moments.
Voter’s Choice Award – Felipe Fernandez of St. Joseph Homes 1
Prize: PHP 3,000
Felipe’s inspiring story resonated strongly with the P.A. Properties community, earning an incredible number of unique shares and the most votes from the public.
The competition also recognized finalists from 4th to 20th place, who each received a PHP 500 SM Gift Certificate.
From Bahay Goals to Buhay Goals
The celebration of homeownership continues beyond KBKB Season 3. P.A. Properties is also inviting IDESIA homeowners to be part of “Bahay Goals, Buhay Goals,” a campaign that celebrates the dreams, milestones, and life goals made possible by having a home of their own. Through the campaign, homeowners can showcase how their IDESIA home has become more than just a place to live—it is a space where they can build their future, pursue their goals, and create meaningful memories with their loved ones.
