Celebrating Filipino Talent and Strengthening Japan-Philippines Ties Through Basketball

The Japan Professional Basketball League (B.LEAGUE) is proud to announce the upcoming B.LEAGUE Hope ASIA HOOP FESTIVAL 2025 in Manila, a two-day social contribution event taking place on October 25–26, 2025 at The Tenement Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, Metro Manila.

This initiative celebrates the vibrant Filipino presence in the B.LEAGUE and aims to foster deeper cultural exchange between Japan and the Philippines through basketball—a shared language of hope and unity.

Event Highlights

🏀 Court Art Installation The Tenement’s iconic basketball court will be transformed with a design featuring Filipino B.LEAGUE players, symbolizing dreams, resilience, and the power of sport.

👕 B.Hope ASIA Jr. Clinic Children from the Tenement community will participate in a basketball clinic focused on wellness, teamwork, and personal growth. Each participant will receive a commemorative event T-shirt.

🎁 Pass It Forward T-shirt Donation Campaign In the spirit of giving, B.LEAGUE will donate T-shirts to Tenement residents, accompanied by heartfelt video messages from Filipino players.

🏆 3×3 and 1on1 Youth Tournaments Local youth will compete in mixed-gender 3×3 games (Oct 25) and 1on1 challenges (Oct 26), promoting inclusivity and showcasing emerging talent.

  • 4:00 PM – 4:20 PM: Opening Ceremony & Pass It Forward
  • 6:50 PM – 8:10 PM: B.Hope ASIA 3×3 Challenge

October 26 (Sunday)

  • 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: B.Hope ASIA Jr. Clinic
  • 5:00 PM – 6:45 PM: B.Hope ASIA 1on1 Challenge
