In a significant move to empower the next generation of leaders, the Kabataan sa Kartilya ng Katipunan (KKK) hosted the first-ever “Nagkakaisang Kabataan FPJ Panday Bayanihan Youth Congress” held on September 29, 2024 focusing on leadership, mental well-being, and environmental sustainability at the Manila Prince Hotel, Grand Ballroom Over 200 youth leaders and members from across the country attended the event discussing key issues while strengthening collaboration with like-minded organizations like FPJ Panday Bayanihan.
KKK, a nonprofit organization dedicated to nationalism and national development, brought together youth participants to take part in discussions and idea-sharing sessions designed to equip them with the tools and skills to create meaningful change in their communities. With the challenges of civic participation and mental health mounting, the Youth Congress seeks to galvanize the youth toward advocacy and action.

Garcia on his welcoming remarks.
More than 500 participants from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao expressed their collective support for FPJ Panday Bayanihan and its mission, recognizing the foundation’s pivotal role in empowering the youth to become agents of change. Focusing on youth-led initiatives, FPJ Panday Bayanihan reinforced its commitment to nurturing grassroots movements aimed at fostering positive change.
During his keynote speech, Brian Poe Llamanzares, Chairman of FPJ Panday Bayanihan, underscored the importance of youth-driven initiatives, sharing, “With rapid technological advancement, innovation, and democratic access to information, the youth of today are now more socially aware of pressing issues and problems, even at the national level. Young people embody hope for better, innovative, and more effective solutions to the world’s challenges.”
The Youth Congress serves as a platform to reinforce the shared mission of KKK and FPJ Panday Bayanihan, creating opportunities that unite and empower the Filipino youth to make meaningful contributions to society. With the turnover of advocacy support, the event solidifies the relationship between youth organizations and the broader mission of FPJ Panday Bayanihan, ensuring the momentum generated during the event will translate into long-term initiatives that benefit Filipino communities nationwide.

The official launch of the Nagkakaisang Kabataan Panday Bayanihan Youth Coalition also included a clear presentation of the coalition’s structure, emphasizing the long-term viability of youth-led projects and ensuring continued advocacy efforts in high hopes to inspire a generation of youth leaders equipped to tackle the nation’s pressing issues and continue driving change through sustainable, youth-led initiatives.
