Chef Akkawin “Pun” Pitrachart from Waldorf Astoria Bangkok to kick off Conrad Manila’s Legendary Chefs Series

Conrad Manila proudly launches its annual much-awaited Legendary Chefs Series with an explosion of flavours by Chef Akkawin “Pun” Pitrachart from Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. Renowned for his culinary prowess in authentic Thai cuisine, Chef Pun will be helming the kitchen at Brasserie on 3 from April 12 to 30, treating diners to an unforgettable culinary journey for both lunch and dinner.

During his guest stint, Chef Pun will be showcasing his signature creations, which include braised chicken in coconut broth, infused with aromatic Thai herbs, and the tantalizing stir-fried minced pork with fiery bird’s eye chili and fragrant hot basil. Guests can enjoy succulent Thai-style roasted beef and savor flavorful northern Thai sausages, among other local delights that temporarily transport guests to the bustling streets of Bangkok.

Guests can enjoy Brasserie on 3’s Thai-inspired buffet at a special discounted rate of PHP 2,337.50 nett per person for lunch (11:00 am – 2:30 pm) and PHP 2,592.50 nett per person for dinner (6:00 pm – 10:00 pm), available daily.
