Isko Moreno is super game when David Chua invited him to have a guest appearance on the feel-good sitcom GoodWill.
As expected, it’s one riot after the other as they give another laugh-a-minute episode this Sunday, June 18, on Net25, right before Korina Interviews.
On this special episode Isko portrays a low-key character who inspires David, who on the other hand plays the character of Lloyd Patawad, to pursue his dream to become a legit rockstar.
It is unbeknownst among showbiz aficionados that David is a very close friend of the former Manila mayor and presidential aspirant.
David openly admits that Yorme is his longtime idol, and that he is at awe with Isko’s rags-to-riches story.
Aside from this, David identifies with Isko as both of them are “batang Maynila” who came from Tondo while growing up poor; and both of them gradually reached the fulfillment of their dreams not only in showbiz but in their individual businesses as well.
“Dream come true,” says David. “Matagal ko nang ini-invite si Yorme na mag-guest sa GoodWill, and napakasuwerte namin na bumisita siya sa lock-in taping namin sa Balai Isabel resort sa Batangas.”
“Sobrang proud lang ako sa idol ko, dahil bukod sa pagiging respetadong all-around na artista na hayop din sa comedy, ganun din siyang kaseryoso bilang public servant, at nakita naman natin ang transformation na nagawa niya para sa Maynila.”
“Actually, marami pa kaming pinaplano, pero for now, sobrang enjoy lang yung bonding namin dito sa GoodWill guesting niya.”
Like David, the entire GoodWill cast also had a blast.
The motley crew of Raymond Bagatsing, Devon Seron, Smokey Manaloto, Kat Galang, Ryan Rems, and James Caraan is now crazier and happier with the addition of Regine Angeles, Samantha Lopez, and Meg Imperial.
And yes Yorme is one of the many stars whose special guesting on GoodWill is highly- anticipated.
Yorme’s appearance on the show comes after Sunshine Cruz’s cameo and in the coming weeks, the buzz is that a comedian who is a mainstay of a noontime show will be the show’s next guest.
Summer season may be officially over but the antics and adventures the GoodWill troop continues to sizzle!
