that allows customers to experience Gateway Mall online and connect with Virtual Finders for a
convenient interactive mall experience.
The Virtual Mall Tour, accessible through the Araneta City website, lets users digitally traverse the
common areas and store fronts of Gateway Mall through an interactive 360-degree view. Customers
can now explore and window shop at Gateway Mall even at the comforts of their home or office.
What makes this service even more exciting is that users have the option to chat with an Araneta City
virtual finder to assist with their inquiries and item reservations. Once customers see a store that
they would like to check out, they simply need to click a button to connect with a virtual finder that
will check prices, send pictures, and make item reservations on their behalf in real time.
Virtual finders are available everyday from 10 a.m – 6 p.m starting October 5, 2020, and can assist
customers in checking out up to three Gateway Mall stores. Be it stores that offer food, retail, or
services, the virtual finders can provide customer assistance for a one-of-a-kind shopping
convenience.
